Local Singapore Woman Deploys Tactical Decoy To Survive Annual CNY Uterus Interrogation

Lim Siew Ling, 28, has spent three months preparing for the nutritional and emotional warfare known as the annual Chinese New Year reunion dinner.

While most people pack antacids, Lim has invested in a hyper-realistic, remote-controlled silicone double of herself to sit at the family table.

The decoy is programmed to nod vacantly while absorbing high-velocity insults about Lim’s "prosperous" waistline and non-existent fiancé.

"Eh, last year my Second Auntie say I look like a giant char siew bao, so this year I bring this robot lor," Lim explained while calibrating the dummy's 'Fake Smile' setting.
